Crystal Clean Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Toronto and surrounding areas. We offer various types of cleaning services as described on our website.

2.1 Service Scheduling

You may request our services through our website, by phone, or by email. All service appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email or phone.

2.2 Service Pricing

Pricing for our services depends on various factors including the size of the space, type of service, frequency, and specific requirements. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes. We will provide you with a quote before service commencement.

2.3 Payment

Payment for our services can be made by credit card, e-transfer, or other methods specified at the time of booking. For recurring services, payment is due before each service. For one-time services, payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as specified in your service agreement.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Cancellations by Customers

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

3.2 Cancellations by Crystal Clean Services

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or inclement weather conditions. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time without additional charges.

4. Access to Premises

You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has access to your premises at the scheduled time. If our team cannot gain access to your premises for any reason, a lockout fee may apply, and the service may need to be rescheduled.

If you provide keys or access codes to your premises, we will maintain strict security procedures to protect them. You may be asked to sign a key release form acknowledging our responsibility for your keys.

5. Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns promptly. We may return to remedy any areas that do not meet our standards at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crystal Clean Services takes reasonable care to prevent damage or injury while performing our services. However, we shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Damage resulting from improper installation, construction defects, or acts of nature
• Damage to items not properly secured or protected
• Ordinary wear and tear of items that are cleaned according to standard cleaning methods
• Indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Our liability for any damage caused by our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service during which the damage occurred.

7. Insurance and Bonding

Crystal Clean Services is fully insured and bonded. Our employees are covered by liability insurance and workers' compensation. If you believe any damage has occurred during our service, please report it immediately so we can process a claim through our insurance provider if appropriate.
